1. Who is responsible for your data

This website, rooferscork.com, is run by Recommended Roofing Services (VAT IE04393055LH, company number 782157), which trades here as Roofers Cork. Questions about your data can go to info@recommendedroofing.ie or 021 212 9985.

2. What you give us

If you fill in the quote form or ring about a job, we keep the name, phone number, email address and roofing details you tell us. That is all we ask for, and we use it for one purpose: answering you and arranging a survey or a written price.

3. What we do with it

Your details are used to reply to you, to prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, to book in and carry out the work. They are never sold, rented or passed on to anyone for their marketing. Enquiries are stored in our customer-records system, which an outside company runs on our behalf.

4. Where visitors come from

The site notes which page a visitor landed on and how they found it, and it can display a phone number set aside for tracking. This lets us tie a call or a form back to the page that prompted it. The cookie policy explains the detail.

5. How long we keep it

Records for customers are kept for six years, because Irish tax rules require it. An enquiry that never turns into a job is erased after twelve months.

6. Your rights

Data protection law lets you ask to see what we hold about you, to have mistakes corrected and to have your details erased. Write to info@recommendedroofing.ie and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.

7. Registered office
